The property, business, and affairs of Ashby Recreational Association is managed and conducted by a Board of Directors consisting of nine (9) Directors, with staggered terms of three (3) years. Directors should serve no more than two consecutive terms. Only Directors are voting members. Directors must be members in good standing for at least one season to hold office for a period of three years. Elections are held at the July meeting.
